I cannot wait for Thursday...the 12th time the Celtics and Lakers will meet in the NBA Finals. The Celtics have won all but 2 of those times, the last time of course in 2008. Get those Beat LA chants ready!

Speaking of which, here is an article on the origin of "Beat LA" with video from the game that started it...a game in 1982 against the 76ers, not the Lakers.

Also, I read that the Celtics have only lost 3 NBA Finals series - an .850 winning percentage (they of course have won 17). The Lakers are 15-15.
